I want to add something about cytokine
1) various cytokine can be produced by one type of cell
2) one type of cytokine can influence action of another cytokine
3) one cytokine can unrelated effects
4) several different of cytokine can have similar effect
5) produced by many type of cells mainly T lymphocyte and macrophage
6) act in network and serial of cascade
7) most can be produced by DNA recombinant technology
8) detected by BIOASSAY or IMMUNOASSAY
